Robert F. Ferreri

Robert (Bobby) Ferreri has practiced law for over twenty years with experience in corporate matters including entity formation, fundraising, purchase agreements and negotiations. During Bobby’s legal career he has also represented hundreds of clients in civil and administrative disputes.

In addition, Bobby’s background includes nearly a decade of work in regional economic development matters. In that work Bobby was responsible for the formation of the Southeast’s first and longest running healthcare accelerator, the formation of a private investment fund for early-stage companies, the relocation of over a dozen corporate headquarters and the launch of economic development strategies focused on industry clusters.

Bobby has been named to Louisville’s 40 Under 40, Whose Who In Louisville Technology, and Young Philanthropist of the Year. He is a graduate of Miami University (with degrees in finance and marketing) and the University of Louisville where he received a Masters of Business Administration and Juris Doctorate. In addition to Ferreri Miller, Bobby is also a founder of our sister firm Ferreri Partners which focuses on providing insurance services.

Bobby and his wife Nicole live in Louisville, Kentucky and are the proud parents of three boys, William, Louis and Jack Ferreri.

Joseph B. Miller

Joseph (Joe) Miller is a corporate attorney experienced in managing all aspects of corporate legal functions, with deep expertise in structuring and negotiating complex business transactions. He is fluent with credit and financing matters, securities and corporate governance, intellectual property and licensing arrangements, executive employment agreements, vendor and supplier contracts, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and general enterprise legal counsel and support.

Joe takes pride in being a trusted senior advisor, and has earned consistent praise from clients for his constructive and collaborative problem-solving, and for his ability to manage challenging negotiations and other stressful, high-stakes situations with calm and discernment. He enjoys finding efficient solutions to complex business and legal challenges, and has a knack for distilling complicated issues into plain English. Joe lives in Louisville, Kentucky, with his wife and children. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky (with degrees in Economics and in History) and Harvard Law School.

Mary Booth

Mary joined the firm, when established, in 2023. She brought with her over 20 years of experience in professional office management and a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments, Mary skillfully manages the firm’s administrative functions including revenue cycle management, client inquires and staff management. Outside of work, Mary enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is a huge sports fan.

Ryan Carlin

Ryan Carlin is an associate attorney advising clients on a range of corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and general business operations. He works closely with senior attorneys to draft and review corporate documents and provide practical, business-minded legal guidance to clients. Ryan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Murray State University. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar and lives in Louisville with his wife, Ann.
